油田污水回注对不同渗透率储层伤害评价研究

摘    要:为确定大庆油田X区块回注污水中悬浮物浓度这一指标,通过岩心流动实验,分析回注污水对不同渗透率级别的岩心所造成的伤害程度,确定出相应指标。实验结果表明:当回注污水中悬浮物粒径一定时,悬浮物浓度越大,所造成的岩心渗透率损失率越高;注入污水PV数越大,岩心堵塞程度越大;岩心渗透率越大,回注污水造成的岩心渗透率损失率越小且变化范围减小。

Abstract:In order to determine the index of suspensions concentration for re-injected sewage in X block of Daqing oilfield, the corresponding indexes were determined by using core flow experiment and analyzing the damage degree of sewage reinjection to cores with different permeability. The experimental results show that:for the particle size of suspensions in re-injected sewage is certain, the higher the concentration of suspensions, the higher the loss rate of core permeability; the larger the PV number of re-injected sewage, the greater the degree of plugging to core; the higher the core permeability, the lower the loss rate of core permeability that caused by sewage reinjection and the range of the loss rate decreases.
