聚硅酸铝铁絮凝剂的研究进展

摘    要:聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)作为一种新型无机高分子絮凝剂,在除浊、脱色以及去除有机物方面具有优越的性能。文献报道的浊度、色度以及有机物的最高去除率可分别达97%、98%、87%。控制PSAF性能及稳定性的关键因素是Al/Fe/Si的摩尔比、硅酸浓度、碱化度、熟化时间等;同时,PSAF的絮凝效果还受水体参数的影响。介绍了PSAF的制备、絮凝效果及其影响因素,最后简要概括了当前研究存在的问题。

Research Progress of Poly Silicate Aluminium Ferric Flocculant(PSAF)
Abstract:As a new kind of inorganic polymeric flocculant(IPF), poly silicate aluminium ferric flocculant(PSAF) has superior performance in turbidity removal, decolorization and organic matter removal. According to literatures, the maximum rates of turbidity, chrominance and organic matter are up to 97%, 98% and 87% respectively.The key points to control the performance and stability of PSAF are the mole ratio of Al/Fe/Si,silicate concentration, the alkalization degree and curing time. Meanwhile, the performance and stability of PSAF can be also affected by the water quality. In this paper, preparation of PSAF was introduced as well as its flocculation effect and influencing factors, finally the problems existing in the current study were summed up.
