| 摘 要： | 随着勘探不断深入,在新疆地区越来越多凝析气藏被发现,并相继进行开采。根据我国新疆地区某实际工程,分析出凝析气田中集输管道受到酸性介质含量、介质流态及焊接工艺所影响。并针对上述影响因素,提出了降低介质运行温度、注入缓蚀剂、优化管道配管方式、适当减缓介质运行速率、定期内腐蚀检测及内衬补强等防范措施。

Corrosion Analysis of Pipeline in Gas Condensate Fields |

| Abstract: | More and more gas condensate fields are founded and explored with the deepening of the exploration. According to a practical engineering in Xinjiang, effect of acid medium,medium flow and welding technology on pipelines in the gas condensate fields was discussed. Based on the above factors, some measures for preventing pipeline corrosion were put forward:reducing the operating temperature, adding corrosive inhibiter into the pipeline, reducing flow rate, and so on. |
