工业废气中丙酮处理工艺研究进展

摘    要:工业废气中丙酮回收的问题,是当前工业废气处理的难点、热点问题。本文详细介绍了吸附法、吸收法、冷凝法、燃烧法和膜分离法等常用的工业废气中丙酮的处理工艺,分析现有的丙酮处理工艺在工程实施方面存在的问题,对各个方法进行比较。并对以后的研究方向进行了展望,指出多种方法集成技术是工业废气中丙酮处理工艺的工业化新方向。

Abstract:Recycling acetone in waste gas is difficult and hot problem for current industrial waste gas treatment. In this paper, common treatment processes of acetone in industrial waste gas were described, such as the adsorption, absorption process, the condensation process, the combustion process and the membrane separation method; and these methods were compared. The existing problems of these acetone treatment processes were analyzed. The research direction in future was prospected.
