摘    要:介绍了在己内酰胺废水中萃取回收己内酰胺的过程中,测定了4套己内酰胺—水—硫酸铵—苯体系的液液平衡数据(水相己内酰胺质量分数小于13%)。实验结果表明,用苯从废水中萃取回收己内酰胺时,pH在2~5.7范围内,pH值升高对回收有利。同时提出了一个简单的关联式并成功地关联上述平衡数据,已用于萃取塔的设计计算。

Abstract:This artical introduced the extraction process of recycle caprolactam from caprolactam waste water and at the same time measured 4-Liqllid-Liquid Equilibrium of Caprolactam- H 2O-(NH 4) 2SO 4-C 6H 6 system (water phase saprolactam mass fraction less than 13 %). The result shows: in the extraction process for the recovery of recycle caprolactam from waste water , C 6H 6 as extraction solvent, when the Value of pH was 2 to 5.7, with the increase of the Value of pH, the recoveryrate increased; at the same time, in the paper, a simple correlation formnla was adcpted for preceding equilibrium data and has been used for the design calculation of extraction tower.
