| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了硅橡胶模具的制作方法,探讨了硫化时间与固化剂用量对硅橡胶硫化程度的影响,解释了硫化程度与硅橡胶模具寿命之间的关系;探讨了硅橡胶在几种不同材质表面的脱模性;探讨了模具制作过程中固化剂和硅油用量对模具质量的影响,并给出了适宜的固化荆用量;探讨了稀释剂用量与种类对硅橡胶模具质量的影响,并指出二甲基硅油是合适的稀释剂;探讨了硅橡胶模具发生膨胀的原因,指出其膨胀的本质是溶剂对硅橡胶的溶胀,并给出了减小溶胀的应对措施.

| Abstract: | The preparing method of silicone rubber mould was introduced,the effect of temperature and time on degree of vulcanization was discussed,the relationship between life of silicone rubber mould and degree of vulcanization was also explained.The paper discussed the demoulding properties on varied material and the effect of the ratio of solidify agent and silicone oil on mould quality,gave the proper ratio of solidify agent.The most suitable thinner might was silicone oil,other thinner minght cause the contract... |
