空气预热器的设计改进

摘    要:针对列管式空气预热器在使用中出现的一些事故和问题,提出设计改进建议,以在充分发挥材料潜能的基础上提高系统的可靠性.在空气预热器前设置装有挡油管的进气装置,除去烟气夹带的油沫,以防止油沫进入预热器内继续燃烧损坏设备.当烟气将大量油沫带入进气装置内燃烧时,挡油管首先熔断,高温烟气从挡油管内排出,同时蜂鸣器报警.此外,在进气装置的前排挡油管内设远传温度计,在第一时间内感知油沫燃烧情况.

Abstract:Improvement on design of air preheater is proposed according to some accidents and problems occur- ring during operation,to raise reliability of system while fully taking advantage of material potential.A gas intro- duction device with oil-baffling tubes is installed upstream of air preheater,which can remove oil spray from flue gas and prevent it from entering air preheater for continuous combustion and burning equipment.In case that a large amount of oil spray is carried over into the introduction devise,the oil-baffling tubes will be broken though first,releasing high-temperature flue gas to atmosphere and buzzer give the alarm at the same time.In addition, a distant transmission thermometer is placed in oil-baffling tube to give an instantaneous perception of oil combus- tion.
