水处理剂生物降解特性与异养菌繁殖的关系

摘    要:采用OECD301B方法和微生物培养菌落计数法,对PASP、PESA、HEDP、PBTCA和含AMPS磺酸盐共聚物5种典型结构水处理剂的生物降解特性及异养菌繁殖规律进行了研究。结果表明:PESA属于易生物降解水处理剂,PASP、HEDP、PBTCA和含AMPS磺酸盐共聚物属于可生物降解水处理剂;水处理剂生物降解特性与异养菌繁殖存在相应关系,水处理剂生物降解率越高,有机碳含量越高,异养菌繁殖速度越快。

Abstract:The biodegradability of 5 kinds of typical water treatment agents: PASP, PESA, HEDP, PBTCA and AMPS-containing sulphonate copolymer, and the reproduction rule of heterotrophic bacteria were studied by OECD 301B method and flat-dish numeration method. The results showed that: PESA was a readily biodegradable water treatment agent and the other ones were biodegradable water treatment agent; A relationship between the biodegradability of water treatment agents and the reproduction of heterotrophic bacteria was shown, and it was indicated that, the better the biodegradation rate and the higher the organic carbon content were, the faster the reproduction speed of the heterotrophic bacteria would be.
