| 摘 要： | ＣＬＴ酸酸析废水是ＣＬＴ酸生产中排放废水的主要来源，其ＣＯＤ排放量占工艺废水ＣＯＤ总排放量的９４％。本试验用萃取的方法，将废水中的中间产物及部分产品回收，重新回用于工艺，一方面便废水得到了净化，出水ＣＯＤ去除率达９０％以上，同时以萃取再利用重新制成ＣＬＴ酸产品，生产１ｔＣＬＴ酸排放的废水经处理后可回收ＣＬＴ酸１２６ｋｇ。

| Abstract: | The waste water from CLT acid eduction,which contains 94% of the total COD amount in the process waste water,is the main source of the waste water discharged from the production of CLT acid.Extraction process was used in this test to recycle the intermediate and part of the product remaining in the waste water,so that on the one hand the waste water was cleaned and the percentage removal of COD was more than 90%,while on the other hand the material from the extraction was reused to make CLT acid product.126 kg of CLT acid can be recovered from the treatment of the waste water discharged from the production of one ton of CLT acid. |
