摘    要:多级A/O工艺在计算时考虑的设计参数较多,且难以统一各级之间相互影响。通过将多级A/O工艺看作A/O工艺的多个分格形式,首先对总池容按照A/O工艺设计计算,在计算时采用污泥负荷法,规避各种经验取值的影响。其次根据3种分配方式对已计算出的总池容进行各级定量分配,其中各级按照等进水量和等负荷设计为最合理。最后结合水力负荷和基建投资折中确定多级A/O工艺设计最佳污泥回流比为0.75。

Abstract:Multistage A/O process takes many design parameters into consideration during the calculation,and it is difficult to unify the interaction among different levels. By considering the multistage A/O process as multiple compartments of A/O process, the total pond capacity was firstly calculated according to the design of A/O process, and the sludge load method was adopted in the calculation to avoid the influence of various empirical values. Secondly, according to the three ways of distribution, the calculated total pond capacity was quantitatively distributed at all levels, among which, designing each level according to iso-inflow and iso-load was the most reasonable way. Finally, combining with hydraulic load and capital construction investment, the optimal sludge reflux ratio of multistage A/O process design was determined to be 0.75 as a compromise.
