| 摘 要： | 吡唑联吡唑类化合物是一类高效的除草剂，其生物活性的体现与其取代基有着密切联系。为了更好地了解吡唑联吡唑化合物的构效关系以及发现新的先导化合物，我们将传统有机合成与平行液相组合合成有机结合，合成了吡唑联吡唑化合物库。每个化合物子库均经过核磁共很、元素分析和液语或GCD确证。

| Abstract: | Prompted by the observation that many pyrazolypyrazole derivatives are used as herbicides.A small combinatorial library containing pyrazolypyrazole derivatives was synthesized by traditional organic synthesis and parallel-liquid-phase combinatorial synthesis.New lead compounds were expected to be discoveried through this library.The structures of compounds were confirmed by 1 HNMR?LC and elementary analysis. |
