摘    要:方法]研究了丙环唑在大豆中的残留分析方法.样品用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土净化,采用DB-5ms毛细管色谱柱气相色谱-电子捕获检测器法进行测定.结果]在该条件下,其最小检出质量分数为0.02 mg/kg,平均添加回收率为85.5%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为4.9%~18.4%.结论]建立了一套快速、简便、灵敏的大豆中丙环唑残留气相色谱检测方法.

Abstract:Methods] A method was studied to determine the residue of propiconazole in soybean.Residues of propiconazole were extracted from samples with acetonitrile,cleaned up on Florisil column,determined with GC-ECD.Results] The minimum determination concentration was 0.02 mg/kg,the average recovery rate was 85.5-108.2%,the relative standard deviation was 4.9-18.4%.Conclusions] The method was fast,simple and sensitive with good accuracy.
