| 摘 要： | 目的]将深绿木霉T2蛋白激发子TraT2A制备成20%的诱抗剂水剂。方法]通过观察水剂外观的方法筛选助剂,确定了水剂配方。结果]确定最佳配方组成:有效成分TraT2A(20%),表面活性剂为HSO1(8%),增稠剂为丙三醇(10%),稳定剂为戊二醇(2%),消泡剂为JS-5115(0.8%),其余59.2%用灭菌水补足。结论] 20%TraT2A诱抗剂水剂符合农药水剂的质量标准,其10倍液的诱抗效果达到了61.21%。

| Abstract: | Aims] The Trichoderma atroviride proteinaceous TraT2 A elicitor was prepared as inducer 20% AS.Methods] Auxiliaries and the formula of the final water agent were screened and determined by observing the appearance of water agent. Results] The composition of the optimum formulation was determined to be the active ingredient TraT2A(20%), the surfactant as HSO1(8%), thickener for glycerol(10%), stabilizer for pentanediol(2%)and defoaming agent for JS-5115( 0. 8 %) and the remaining 59. 2 % was supplemented with sterilized water.Conclusions] The TraT2 A inducer 20% AS conforms to the quality standard of pesticide water agent and the induced resistance effect of the 10 times solution reaches 61.21%. |
