摘    要:目前杂环化合物的发展呈现出多元化的趋势,其中噻唑类化合物是近年来发展的一个新亮点。尤其噻唑基团引入到各种不同的化合物结构中,通过结构修饰能产生一系列具有广谱生物活性化合物,使得它在新型超高效农药创制中发挥出越来越重要的作用。本文从杀虫方面对噻唑化合物的生物活性研究进行了综述,重点介绍了该类化合物的一些生物活性研究方面的工作,简述了不同取代基团对噻唑类衍生物生物活性的影响,并对它的发展趋势和应用前景作了展望。

Abstract:The current avenues of development for heterocyclic compounds are many and varied. Among these compounds, thiazole compounds have become especially noteworthy in recent years. The thiazole moiety has been incorporated into many different types of chemical structures, generating by structure modification a series of com- pounds with broadspectrum bioactivities. Thus, thiazole compounds have played an increasingly important role in production of highly active pesticides. This paper reviews the bioactivity of thiazole compounds from the standpoint of insecticide activity, emphasizing the research that has been done on their bioactivity. The influence of different substitution groups on bioactivity is briefly discussed, along with prospects and trends for future development and application of thiazole compounds.
