摘    要:在粗糙度不同的A7N01S-T5铝合金表面上进行涂装处理后,再通过慢应变拉伸试验来获取该铝合金在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的应力-应变曲线,解析这些曲线后得到了表征铝合金应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)敏感性的特性指数,并由此得到了粗糙度对涂装A7N01S-T5铝合金SCC敏感性影响的作用规律。

Abstract:After polished A7N01S-T5 aluminum alloy was coated with the primer and /or the primer-top coat hybrid coatings,the stress-strain curve of the aluminum alloy in air and 3.5%Na Cl solution were gotten by slow strain tensile test, the values of the characteristic parameter indicating stress corrosion cracking(SCC) susceptibility of the aluminum alloy were gained by parsing these curves, and finally, the effect of coating treatment on the SCC susceptibility of A7N01S-T5 aluminum alloy were obtained.
