折流杆换热器的数值模拟及相关结构参数选择

摘    要:在PHOENICS程序的基础上,引入多孔介质模型,用体积多孔度、表面渗透度和各向异性的分布阻力来处理换热器内的管束;用分布热源考虑管侧流体对壳侧流体的影响,通过编写相应的程序,对折流杆换热器的壳程流场和温度场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,采用上述模型能得到换热器的整体性能特性,并且与实验结果吻合。在此基础上,应用数值模拟的方法确定折流杆换热器的主要结构参数,从而为换热器的结构设计提供了一种较新的方法。

Abstract:Based on PHOENICS-3.5.1 version,a porous medium model was introduced.The volumetric porosity,surface osmometry,and anisotropic distribution resistance were used to treat the tube bundles in the heat exchanger.The distributive thermal resource was used to consider the influence of the flow in tube side on the flow in shell side,the numerical simulations of the flow field in shell side and the temperature field of the heat exchanger were carried out by compiling a corresponding program.The result shows that t...
