摘    要:介绍了一种新型非标管法兰——冲压松套钢制管法兰的结构及特点。该法兰独特的结构使其较之传统的管法兰能大幅度降低原材料消耗和机加工成本,同时用有限元法对其主要部件做了分析,并进行了水压试验,为该法兰的应用提供了依据。

Abstract:The structure and characteristics of a new type nonstandard flange——pressed loose steel pipe flange were presented.The unique structure of the flanges can greatly save raw materials and machining cost in comparison with the conventional pipe flanges.The major parts were analyzed using the finite element method,and a hydraulic test was made to provide bases for engineering application.
