微晶陶瓷的制备技术、性能及用途

摘    要:微晶陶瓷是由玻璃原位析晶而获得的一种结构均匀、致密,晶粒尺寸为纳米或亚微米级的高技术新型陶瓷材料。它具有极好的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性,而且力学、热学、电学性能优良,已成为陶瓷新材料、新技术的研究和应用热点之一。本文介绍了熔融法、烧结法、熔胶--凝胶法和强韧化法等制备微晶陶瓷的工艺和技术,综述了微晶陶瓷的性能和用途。

Abstract:Glass-ceramics is a high-technology and novel ceramic materials with homogeneous and dense microstructure and nano-or submicro-crystals, attained by in-situ crystallization in glass. For its excellent abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance and mechanical,thermal,electrical properties,glass-ceramics has been one of hot issues in research and application of novel ceramic materials.Fabrication technology of glass-ceramics including melting, sintering,sol-gel,strengthening and toughening was introduced,and its properties and applications were discussed.
