| 摘 要： | 主要针对某建筑陶瓷股份有限公司的一条燃气辊道窑的实地测试工况,从控制空气消耗系数、余热利用角度入手,分析它们对产品单位能耗的影响,提出了一系列行之有效的提高窑炉热效率的措施。为该公司今后的窑炉节能提出了明确可行的思路。

| Abstract: | This article will focus on building a gas Roller Kiln Ceramics Company in a field test conditions,air consumption coefficient,waste heat utilization perspective,the analysis of their impact on domestic energy consumption ,put forward a series of effective measures to improve the thermal efficiency furnace. Energy for the company's future furnace of a clear and workable ideas. |
