摘    要:采用MnO2-TiO2-CaO-La2O3复相添加剂作为氧化铝陶瓷的烧结助剂,研究了MnO2添加量对95氧化铝陶瓷烧结性能、力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:当配方中MnO2含量为3.0%时,在1550℃烧结温度下制得的氧化铝陶瓷的综合性能最佳,烧结试样的体积密度达到3.76g.cm-3,试样的抗弯强度和洛氏硬度(HRA)分别达到355.22MPa和84.3。

Abstract:In this paper,MnO2-TiO2-CaO-La2O3 composite additives were used as a sintering agent of alumina ceramics.The effects of the amount of MnO2 on the properties of 95 alumina ceramics were studied.The results show that alumina ceramics sintered in air at 1550℃ shows the best combination properties when the amount of MnO2 is 3.0%.The bulk density of alumina ceramics reaches 3.76g·cm-3.The bending strength and Rockwell hardness(HRA) of the samples reach 355.22MPa and 84.3 respectively.
