Ni-Si3N4纳米复合镀层研究

摘    要:将Si3N4纳米粒子加入电镀镍的基础镀液中,在碳钢上制备了Ni–Si3N4复合镀层。扫描电镜观察表明,复合镀层的表面晶粒细小致密。能谱分析结果表明,镀层表面以Ni元素为主,且含有少量的Si和N。随着镀液中纳米Si3N4粒子含量的增加,镀层的显微硬度升高。热震法和划痕法实验表明,镀层与基体结合良好。

Abstract:Ni-Si3N4 composite coatings were prepared on carbon steel from a conventional Ni-plating bath containing nano-Si3N4 particles.The SEM results showed that the crystal grains on the surface of Ni-Si3N4 composite coating are tiny and compact.EDS results showed that the coating surface is mainly composed of Ni with a small amount of N and Si.The microhardness of deposit is increased with increasing Si3N4 content in plating bath.The results of thermal shock testing and scratch testing showed that Ni-Si3N4 nanocomposite coating has good adhesion to substrate.
