摘    要:采用扫描电镜及原子粒显微镜等研究了超声分散方式对纳米SiO2水分散体系分散性能的影响,并对最佳条件下SiO2水分散体系在电镀中的初步应用做了研究。结果表明,插入式超声分散方式能起到较好的分散效果;将该分散体系加入到镀液中制得的Ni—SiO2纳米复合镀层与瓦特镍镀层比较,结晶有所细化,硬度提高近1倍。

Abstract:Effects of ultrasonic methods on dispersity of aqueous dispersion system containing SiO_2 nano-particle were studied with SEM and AFM, etc. Elementary application of the aqueous dispersion system under optimized conditions in electroplating were discussed. Results show that good dispersion effect can be acpuired by inserting ultrasonic method; Ni based composite deposit obtained from solution containing the aqueous dispersion system has finer grains than Watt Ni deposit, and its hardness is twice as great as that of Watt Ni deposit.
