耐高温防腐涂料的研制

摘    要:研制出一种耐高温防腐涂料。该涂料包括底漆、中间漆和表面漆,主要由有机硅树脂和无机填料组成,采用正交试验优选出最佳组成配方,研究了有机硅树脂对涂层耐热、耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,有机硅树脂能明显改善涂层的耐热,耐蚀性有,这是由于其具有特殊的R-Si-O-Si-O-R结构。

Abstract:A heat resistant and anticorrosive coating was developed with polymethylsilane resin as base material. The coating consists of base coat, intermediate coat and top coat. Formulas of the coatings were optimized by orthogonal test. The effect of organic silicone resin on heat and corrosion resistance of the coating was studied. The results show that heat and corrosion resistance of the coating are greatly improved which is attributed to the special R-Si-O-Si-O-R structure of organic silicone resin.
