功能性超厚镍铁合金电镀工艺的研究

摘    要:研制出一种功能性超厚镍铁合金电镀工艺,介绍了其工艺流程,对前处理,主盐,添加剂,镀液温度,pH值,电流密度和搅拌等因素进行了筛选,并对所得镍铁合金镀层的各项性能进行了测试。结果表明,镀层性能达到了日本提出的技术标准,该工艺已成功应用于板坯连铸机结晶器铜板的电镀。

Abstract:A functional thick nickel-iron alloy plating process was developed. Procedures of this process were described. Factors such as pretreatment, main salt, additive, temperature, pH value, current density and agitation were optimized. Properties of the obtained nickel-iron alloy deposits were tested with results meet the technical norms formulated by Japan. This process has been successfully used for electroplating of crystallizer of slab continuous casting machine.
