| 摘 要： | 由于环保要求,汽车塑料件涂装正朝着水性化的方向发展.介绍了塑料件用水性涂料的技术参数和施工特点.比较了欧美系和日系3C1B塑料保险杠水性喷漆工艺.对比了塑料件用水性涂料与溶剂型涂料的施工特点.讨论了塑料件静电喷涂工艺以及影响涂装质量的因素.分析了目前国内汽车塑料件水性涂料推广面临的问题,提出了解决措施.

| Abstract: | The automobile plastic workpiece coating is toward developing waterborne coatings because of environment protection requirement. Technical parameters and construction requirements for a waterborne coating used for automobile plastic workpiece were introduced. The differences between two coating processes of Euro-American system and Japanese 3C1B system for plastic bumper were compared.The construction characteristics between waterborne coatings and solvent coatings were compared. The electrostatic spraying process of plastic workpiece and the factors effecting coating quality were discussed. Problems existing in the popularization of waterborne coatings for automobile plastic workpiece were analyzed and their solutions presented. |
