点火药的老化性能

摘    要:通过测试点火药金属粉的含量、发火性、导热系数及静电火花感度,研究了某电爆管用点火药在老化过程中性能的变化.结果表明,在温度60℃、相对湿度95%条件下,点火药的发火性能及铝粉含量均随老化时间增加而降低;热扩散率随老化时间增加而增大,但在低湿环境条件下,静电火花感度随老化时间增加而升高.

Abstract:The performance of one squib′s ignition composition in artificial accelerated aging test was studied by testing the aluminite powder content,ignitibility,thermal conductivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity.The results show that the ignitibility of ignition composition degrades,the aluminum powder content reduces and the thermal diffusivity of ignition composition increases with increasing the aging time under the conditions of temperature 60℃ and the relative humidity 95%.The electrostatic spark sensitivity of ignition composition increases with the increasing of aging time under the condition of low humidity surroundings.
