FOX-7和RDX基含铝炸药的冲击起爆特性

摘    要:为研究FOX-7和RDX基含铝炸药的冲击起爆特性,对其进行了冲击波感度试验和冲击起爆试验,结合冲击波在铝隔板中的衰减特性,确定了FOX-7和RDX基含铝炸药的临界隔板值和临界起爆压力,并通过锰铜压阻传感器记录了起爆至稳定爆轰过程压力历程的变化。结果表明,以Φ40mm×50mm的JH-14为主发装药时,FOX-7和RDX基含铝炸药临界隔板值分别为37.51和34.51mm,对应的临界起爆压力为10.91和11.94GPa;起爆压力为11.58GPa时,FOX-7炸药的到爆轰距离为25.49~30.46mm,稳定爆轰后的爆轰压力为27.68GPa,爆轰速度为8 063m/s;起爆压力为14.18GPa时,RDX基含铝炸药的到爆轰距离为17.27~23.53mm,稳定爆轰后的爆轰压力为17.16GPa,爆轰速度为6 261m/s。

Abstract:To investigate the initiation characteristics of FOX‐7 and RDX based aluminized explosive initiated by shock waves ,the shock wave sensitivity test and shock initiation test were carried out .Combining shock wave atten‐uation characteristics in aluminum ,the critical gap thickness and the critical initiation pressure of FOX‐7 and RDX based alminized explosive were determined .The change in pressure history of initiation to steady detonation process was recorded through manganin piezoresistance gauges .The results show that the critical gap thickness of FOX‐7 and RDX based explosive is 37 .51 and 34 .51 mm ,respectively ,and the corresponding critical initiation pressure is 10 .91 and 11 .94GPa respectively .For FOX‐7 ,when the initiation pressure is 11 .58GPa ,the distance‐to‐detonation is from 25 .49mm to 30 .46 mm ,the detonation pressure after steady detonation is 27 .68GPa ,while the detonation velocity is 8063m/s .For RDX based aluminized explosive ,when the initiation pressure is 14 .18GPa ,the distance‐to‐detonation is 17 .27 mm to 23 .53 mm ,the detonation pressure after steady detonation is 17 .16GPa ,while the detonation velocity is 6 261 m/s .
