丙烯酸系三元共聚制备高吸水性树脂的研究

摘    要:用反向悬浮聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸铵-丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚物高吸水性树脂。研究亍共聚物吸液性能与共聚物组成、交联剂用量、中和度等之间的关系。实验结果表明,该共聚物的吸水能力在2000g/g以上,吸0.9%NaCl溶液能力在130g/g以上,并且吸液速率快,在6min之内即可达到最大吸液量的90%。

Abstract:A kind of novel high water-absorbing resin based on acrylic acid, acrylamide and methyl methacrylate was prepared by inverse suspension copolymerization. The relation between the water-absorption praperty of the copolymer and the compositon of the copolymer, the amount of crosslinking agent used and the degree of neutralization was studied in detail. The absorption amount of the copolymer resin is more than 2000 g/g and 130 g/g in case of deionizing water and 0.9 % NaCl solution, respectively.
