显微红外成像和衰减全反射技术在不同种属黄精中的鉴别研究

摘    要:探讨了显微成像和衰减全反射两种红外模式对不同种属黄精的鉴别。以6种不同种属的黄精样品为研究对象,一份样品经冰冻切片机进行取样,采用显微红外仪器进行扫描;另一份样品经烘干打粉,采用衰减全反射模式扫描。结果表明,以多糖含量高低作为鉴别依据,衰减全反射模式可以快速判别出是否含有多糖以及简单比较不同种属黄精间含量差异,而显微红外模式可以直观地显示出多糖在不同种属黄精间的含量分布差异。比较两种鉴别模式,衰减全反射模式更快捷,显微红外更直观、准确、灵敏度高。

Abstract:The identification of different species of polygonatum sibiricum was studied by microscopic infrared imaging and attenuated total reflectance. Six different species of polygonatum sibiricum were used as research objects, one was sampled by a frozen slicer and scanned by a micro-infrared instrument and patterned, and the other was dried and powdered followed by scanning via attenuated total reflectance. The results showed that the attenuated total reflectance can determine whether there is polysaccharide and simply compare the content between different species of yellow sperm, while the micro-infrared mode can visually show the content distribution of polysaccharides among different species of polygonatum sibiricum. Comparing the two discrimination modes, the attenuated total reflection is faster, and the micro-infrared is more intuitive, accurate and highly sensitive.
