摘    要:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法(HPLC-DAD)测定西瓜中残留的膨大剂(即:氯吡脲)。西瓜样品溶于乙酸乙酯进行提取,提取物经固相萃取柱(ENVI-18)富集、净化后,在265 nm处,流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35,V∶V)条件下进行检测。结果表明,质量浓度在2.5~80.0 mg/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.999 9,样品加标回收率为95.0%~107.0%,氯吡脲的最低检测限为0.001 mg/kg,用三维光谱-色谱图进行比对,相似度高。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,专属性和特征性高,可用于西瓜中氯吡脲残留的测定。

Determination of Forchlorfenuron Residues in Watermelon by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Diode Array Detecter

Abstract:A method using solid-phase extraction(SPE) for clean up, followed by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD), was developed for the determination of forchlorfenuron residues in watermelon. The watermelon sample was dissolved in ethyl acetate to extract forchlorfenuron. The extract was enriched and purified by solid phase extraction column(ENVI-18), and then determined the content of forchlorfenuron by HPLC-UV at 265 nm with methanol/water as the mobile phase(65∶35, V∶V). The results showed that the correlation coefficient(R2) was 0.999 9 with the linear range of forchlorfenuron from 2.5 to 80.0 mg/kg and the average recovery was from 95.0% to 107.0%. The limit of detection(LOD) of forchlorfenuron(minimum amount injected that resulted in a peak about three times the sample baseline) was 0.001 mg/kg. The alignment was performed by three-dimensional spectrum-chromatogram with high similarity. This method is practicable for routine residue analysis of forchlorfenuron in watermelon so tthat it is fast, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of fruit samples.
