摘    要:研究了不同取代度磺丁基醚-β-环糊精的合成。选用1,4-磺丁基内酯为原料,以氢氧化钠水溶液为溶剂,通过正交实验考察反应时间、反应温度、β-环糊精和1,4-磺丁基内酯摩尔比、氢氧化钠的量等因素对产物平均取代度的影响。采用MS和1 H NMR对产物结构进行了表征。

Abstract:Sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrins of different degrees of substitution of were prepared.β-Cyclodextrin and 1,4-sulfonylurea butyl lactone were reacted in NaOH solution.The influences of factors including reaction time and temperature,molar ratio of β-cyclodextrin to 1,4-sulfonylurea butyl lactone and dosage of NaOH on the average substitution degree of sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrins were studied via orthogonal experiments.Furthermore,the structures of sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrins were characterized by MS and 1H NMR,respectively.
