Abstract:A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograghic method with solid-phase extraction was used for the residue dynamic analysis of imazalil in river water.The HPLC conditions were as follows: column of Shim-pack VP-ODS 150 mm×4.6 mm,V(CH3OH)/V(H2O)=75/25 as mobile phase,flow rate 0.85 mL/min and injection volume 20 μL.Good linearity of azoxystrobin was obtained over the range of 15.0~960.0 μg/ kg(r=0.999 4).The detection limits were 5.0 μg/kg for imazalil.The average recoveries ranged from 87.6%~101.3% with relative standard deviation of 1.7%~2.77%.The method is fast and simple for the residue detection and analysis of imazalil in river water.
