核黄素制备研究进展

摘    要:核黄素是人类必需的水溶性维生素,是机体中许多酶系统的重要辅基的组成部分,参与着物质和能量代谢。近年来,如何低成本地大量制备高纯度的核黄素已经成为科学研究的主要内容。综述核黄素的制备方法,如:微生物发酵制备法,基因工程制备法,生物提取法,还有较常见的化学制备法,并对核黄素的发展做了展望。

Abstract:Riboflavin is essential water-soluble vitamins for human body.In many human enzyme system,riboflavin is the important auxiliary base composition.It is participated in the material and energy metabolism.In recent years,how to synthesise riboflavin in low cost,high purity has become a central issue in the scientific research.It is reviewed the main synthesis methods of riboflavin,which contain microbial fermentation synthesis method,genetic engineering synthesis method,biological extraction and chemical preparation method.Finally,the development of the riboflavin is prospected.
