摘    要:以亚甲氨基乙腈与多聚甲醛为原料,经亲核加成和水解两步反应合成DL-丝氨酸,总收率73.2%。考察了多聚甲醛用量、4-二甲氨基吡啶用量、三乙胺用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对亲核加成反应的影响。目标产物经熔点、IR进行结构确认。

Abstract:DL-Serine was synthesized from n-methylene-glycinonitrile and paraformaldehyde via two steps reaction of nucleophilic addition and hydrolysis with an overall yield of 73.2%.The factors on the reaction of nucleophilic addition,such as the dosage of paraformaldehyde,4-dimethylamiopryidine and triethylamine,the reaction temperature and the reaction time,had been investigated.The structures of the compounds were confirmed by melting point measurements and IR.
