| 摘 要： | 利用芳酰肼与异硫氰酸苯酯为原料,合成了中间体1,4-二取代氨基硫脲,进一步在碱体系中缩合得到含杂环3,4-二取代-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑.通过IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS及元素分析等测定对产物的结构进行了表征.

| Abstract: | A series of 3,4-disubstituted-1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing heterocyclic group were prepared by the condensation reaction of 1,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides in a basic medium.The intermediates 1,4-disubstituted thiosemicarbazides were synthesized by using aryl hydrazide and phenylisothiocyanate as starting materials.The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS and elemental analysis. |
