摘    要:利用减压CVI技术制备了三维碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料,研究了热解碳界面相对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:适当选择界面相厚度,可获得弯曲强度和断裂韧性较高的碳纤维增韧碳化硅复合材料。

Abstract:D carbon fiber_reinforced silicon carbide composites were manufactured by LPCVI. Effect of carbon interphase thickness on the properties of C f/SiC m composites was studied. It is shown that composites with higher strength and fracture toughness can be achieved by selecting appropiate interphase thickness. The behavior of stress_displacement and fracture mode of composites differ with the interphase thickness.
