摘    要:采用反应热压法制造TiB_2-Ti(C, N)复相陶瓷,用Ti,TiH_2,BN,B_4C,C,B等为原料,通过化学反应设计可以制备出不同相组成及碳氮比的复相陶瓷。这种方法工艺简单、制造成本低。由SEM发现这种复相陶瓷在TiB_2和TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)颗粒内部,分別分散着非常细小(一般为几十纳米)的Ti(C,N)和TiB_2颗粒,这种结构可能对材料的性能发挥着重要的作用。如何通过工艺控制这种结构的形成值得深入研究。断口分析发现较租的TiB_2晶粒发生穿晶断裂现象。

Abstract:TiB_2-Ti(C,N) is a multiphase ceramics of high strength, superhardness and anticorrosion. In this paper using Ti, TiH_2, BN, B_4C, C and B as raw materials, reactive hot pressing method is proposed to produce TiB_2-Ti(C,N) composites with different phase composition and C/N ratio and by different chemical reaction design. It is convenient and cheap to produce the composites using this method. In the produced TiB, -TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) composite, very fine (in general some ten nanometers) Ti(C,N)and TiB_2 precipitates are found dispersed in the TiB_2 and TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) particles respectively by using SEM. This structure may play an important role in developing the good properties of the materials. It is worth further studying how to control the formation of this structure by processing design. Transgrannular fracture of coarser TiB_3 grains are found by fracture-surface analysing.
