陶瓷-硬质合金复合刀片材料的力学性能与界面结构

摘    要:采用热压烧结工艺制备了刀具用陶瓷-硬质合金复合片.复合片上层为具有一定厚度的Al2O3/TiB2陶瓷材料,下层为WC/Co硬质合金.结果表明:复合片综合了陶瓷材料的高硬度和硬质合金的高强度,其性能介于陶瓷材料和硬质合金之间.X射线衍射、电子探针和扫描电子显微镜分析表明:烧结过程中硬质合金和陶瓷材料中的元素在界面相互扩散,并有新相形成,增加了界面结合强度,其界面为化合物型和扩散型的混合.

Abstract:Ceramics_cemented carbide compact insert was developed using hot pressing sintering technique. The surface layer part of the compact insert was made of Al 2O 3/TiB 2 ceramic material, while the base plate was made of WC/Co cemented carbide. Therefore, the compact insert can take the advantage of high hardness, better heat resistance of the ceramic materials and high strength and toughness of the cemented carbide. It is found that the mechanical properties of the compact insert are higher than those of Al 2O 3/TiB 2 ceramic material and lower than WC/Co cemented carbide. The diffusion of Co and W of the cemented carbide into the ceramic material improves the adhesion strength of the interface. New phases such as Co 3W 3C, Al 18 B 4O 3 and TiC are formed on the interface.
