BaPbO3/BaTiO3系复合陶瓷的研究

摘    要:报道了导电陶瓷BaPbO3与铁电陶瓷BaTiO3进行复合的结果,研究了该复合功能陶瓷的物相、导电性和低温电阻温度特性。结果表明:采用合理的合成工艺,可得到呈现混和分布的两相复合功能陶瓷材料,该复合材料的电导特征符合三维渗流导电行为。

Abstract:A kind of composite ceramics of BaPbO_3.BaTiO_3 system and its phase structure and electricaltransport properties of the samples was reported in the paper.The curve of resistivity of the composites versusBaPbO_3 volume fraction can be well explained by the three- dimensional percolation model in the two-phasesystem of BaTiO_3 and BaPbO_3,and the percolation threshold value is about 0.14.When BaPBO_3 content ex-ceeds the percolation threshold value,the electrical property of the composites is similar to that of BaPbO_3 ceram-ic.When the content of BaPbO_3 is about 0. 04,the temperature dependence of resistivity of the composite showsPTC (positive temperature coefficient) effect,which is similar to that of BaTiO_3 semiconducting ceramics.
