| 摘 要： | 采用自蔓延高温合成法制备了ＴｉＢ２／ＮｉＡｌ复合材料，用扫描电镜研究了材料的显微结构，分析了原料组成，合成温度，坯体密度和外加压力对材料结构的影响，采用燃烧波前沿淬熄法（ＣＦＱ）研究了材料结构形成机理。

| Abstract: | In this paper TiB_2/NiAl compostites are fabricated by SHS.SEM,EPMA and X-ray diffraction methods are used for the analyses of microstructure.Influences of raw materials,temperature in synthesis,initial density of compact and mechanical pressure on microstructure are discussed.By CFQ method,microstructure formation mechanisms of the materials are proposed. |
