烧块合成方法对钛酸钡-锡酸盐系介电性能的影响

摘    要:以BaCO3,SnO2,TiO2为原料采用一次混合合成烧块法,常因原料混合不均以及固溶不完全,在烧成冷却过程中,在晶界上偏析出SnO2或富锡锡酸盐半导体,导致绝缘电阻,介质损耗和耐电强度等电性能严重生化。采用预先分别合成烧块的方法,使SnO2与其它原料完善地转化成绝缘性能的锡酸盐,有效地避免了介电性能的异常现象。

Abstract:The influences of synthesis methods on the dielectric property of BaTiO 3-BaSnO 3 system were studied. It was shown that the dielectric properties deteriorated seriously by the method of mixing BaCO 3, SnO 2 with TiO 2, then sintering directly. The reasons found were the boundary segregation of SnO 2 or barium stannate semiconductor rich in tin, which may result from the raw materials mixing or incomplete solid solution during the cooling process. By using the synthesis method of separate sintering the bulk previously, the stannate with good insulting property was achieved.
