改性β分子筛催化苯与苯酐合成蒽醌的研究

摘    要:对不同改性β分子筛催化剂催化合成蒽醌进行了研究。结果表明,Hβ改性催化剂对催化合成蒽醌效果较好,苯酐转化率达33.6%;固体超强酸对β分子筛的改性SO42-/ZrO2优于SO42-/Fe2O3;稀土元素铈的氧化物改性使蒽醌的选择性有较大提高,可达98.2%。

Abstract:Anthraquinone was synthesised using different modified β zeolites catalysts.The result showed that Hβ modified catalyst had better catalytic efficiency for synthesizing anthraquinone,and the conversion of anthraquinone was about 33.6%;The effect of β zeolite modified with SO2-4/ZrO2 was better than SO2-4/Fe2O3;The selectivity of anthraquinone has improved greatly using β zeolite modified with cerium oxide,and the selectivity has reached 98.2%.
