| 摘 要： | 采用丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸四种单体共聚,制备了性能优良的水性防腐涂料乳液。结果表明,复合乳化剂(SDBS/OP-10)的质量比为2~3,其用量为配方中单体总质量3%,单体加料方式采用半连续法,引发剂用量为配方总质量0.4%~0.8%时,乳液性能最佳。

| Abstract: | Quadripolymer water-borne coating emulsion was prepared by BA、St、AN、AA as comonomers.The results show that: when the compounding emulsifier ratio(SDBS/OP-10) is 2~3 and the amount of emulsifier is 3% of all monomers,when using semi-continuance method,dosages of initiator is 0.4%~(0.8%),the properties of emulsion is excellent. |
