| 摘 要： | 以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸为起始原料,经环化和酯化二步反应,合成了标题化合物5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并1,5-a]嘧啶-2-羧酸乙酯,其结构经元素分析1、H NMR和MS表征,并对其质谱裂解途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | A new compound 5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolopyrimidine-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester has been synthesized based on the starting material 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid by two steps:cyclization and esterification.Structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis,MS and 1H NMR,and fragmentation mechanism of MS spectra was discussed. |
