锌锰铝复合氧化物制备及其催化性能

摘    要:采用共沉淀法合成了锌锰铝类水滑石前驱体,经过焙烧处理后制备了锌锰铝复合氧化物,用于催化H2O2氧化分解亚甲基蓝,探讨了H2O2用量、亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度、催化剂用量和反应时间对降解脱色率的影响。实验表明,在H2O2质量分数为3%,亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为25 mg/L,催化剂用量为1.0 g/L,反应时间为4 h时,亚甲基蓝平均脱色率可达到92.23%。

Abstract:Zn-Mn-Al Hydrotalcite-like compound was prepared by co-precipitation method,and then transformed into Zn-Mn-Al compound oxide by calcination at 500 ℃.The obtained compound oxide was used as catalyst for the decomposition of methylene blue solution by H2O2.The effects of different factors such as H2O2 concentration,initial concentration of methylene blue,catalyst dosage and reaction time were studied by orthogonal test.The average decoloration of methylene blue solution reached 92.23% under the optimum conditions as follows:H2O2 concentration is 3%,initial concentration of methylene blue is 25 mg/L,catalyst dosage is 1 g/L,reaction time is 4 h.
