摘    要:以羧甲基甲壳素和丙烯腈为原料,制备了丙烯腈接枝羧甲基甲壳素衍生物,讨论了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量、引发剂用量、单体用量对接枝反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:羧甲基甲壳素0.4 g,溶剂水40.0 mL,过硫酸铵50.0 mg,丙烯腈2.5 g,反应温度60℃,反应时间2 h。所制共聚产物具有水溶性,分析了产物具有水溶性的原因。

Abstract:Graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN) onto carboxymethyl chitin(CMC) was carried out.The effect of reaction temperature and time,amount of initiator,solvent,monomer on graft copolymerization were studied.The optimum condition were as following:CMC 0.4 g,water 40.0 mL,initiator 50.0 mg,monomer 2.5 g,reaction temperature 60 ℃,reaction time 2 h.The test showed that copolymer has water-solubility and the reason of water-solubility was analysis.
