摘    要:在固体催化剂氨基磺酸的催化作用下研究了柠檬酸三正丁酯(TBC)的酯化反应,讨论了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间和反应温度等因素对酯化反应的影响,并用GC/MS对酯化后反应产物进行了检测分析。结果表明,氨基磺酸对酯化反应具有良好的催化活性,用它作催化剂合成TBC的最佳条件为:酸与醇的摩尔比为1∶3.8,催化剂用量2.75%,反应时间1.5 h,反应温度116~160℃,酯化率高达98%。

Abstract:The esterification reaction of tri-n-butyl citrate(TBC) in the presence of solid catalyst aminosulfonic was studied.The effect of reactant molar ratio,catalyst weight,reaction time and reaction temperature on esterification were studied in details.The product was analyzed by GC/MS,it is shown that the catalyst has excellent catalytic activity under optimize technology molar ratio of butanol to citric acid is 3.8 ∶1,amount of catalyst is 2.75% upon whole mass both citric acid and butanol,reaction time is 1.5 h and the temperature is controlled 116~160 ℃,esterfication of citric acid above 98%.
