疏水缔合羟乙基纤维素的合成及性能表征

摘    要:为改进羟乙基纤维素的溶液性能,通过羟乙基纤维素与长链溴代烷烃的大分子反应,制得疏水缔合羟乙基纤维素(BD-HAHEC);经由正交实验确定最优化工艺参数为:醚化剂∶羟乙基纤维素(质量比)=3∶10,活化剂浓度为4%,在80℃条件下反应5 h。用傅立叶红外光谱仪、粘度计和剪切流变仪对产品进行结构表征和性能测定,结果表明,与普通羟乙基纤维素相比,疏水改性羟乙基纤维素水溶液在增稠性、耐温耐盐性、抗剪切性等性能上均有明显提高;在相同反应条件下,由溴代十四烷改性的羟乙基纤维素具有比溴代十二烷改性更强的增稠性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the properties of hydroxyethyl cellulose solution,hydrophobically modified hydroxyethyl cellulose(BD-HAHEC) was prepared by the macromolecule reaction between hydroxyethyl cellulose and long chain alkyl halides of C.sub.12/14.The optimum conditions were achieved by orthogonal experiments,the weight ratio of etherifying agent to hydroxyethyl cellulose was 3∶10,the concentration of activating agent was 4%,and reacted 5 h under 80℃.The structures and properties of the hydrophobical product were characterized by FT-IR,viscosimeter and rheometer.The results showed that compared with common hydroxyethyl cellulose,hydrophobically modified HEC solution had a obvious progress in the increase of viscosity,the stabilization to temperature and salt,and the resistance to shear force.Under the same experimental condition,BD-HAHEC modified by alkyl halides of C.sub.14 had a higher viscosity than by alkyl halides of C.sub.12.
