色酚AS的精制工艺研究

摘    要:采用中和法,碱溶法和碱溶 吸附法对色酚AS进行精制,探讨了精制过程中碱溶水量、碱量,吸附活性炭粒度、用量等因素对色酚质量的影响。结果表明:采用碱溶 吸附法可制得外观好,含量高,各项性能指标符合要求的白色酚。精制的最佳条件为:色酚溶解温度75~80℃,色酚与碱摩尔比1∶2.7,色酚与水质量比1∶15,活性炭用量为0.15g,且粒状活性炭脱色效果较粉状活性炭好。

Study on purification of naphthol AS
Abstract:Naphthol AS is purified by neutralization, base dissolution and base dissolution absorption. The effects of amount of water and base, particle size and amount of active carbon on the quality of naphthol AS during the purification are investigated. The results showed that white naphthol which has good appearance, high purity and attains standard is prepared by base dissolution absorption. The optimum purification conditions are as follows: dissolving temperature 75~80 ℃, molar ratio of naphthol to base 1∶2.7, weight ratio of naphthol to water 1∶15, the amount of active carbon 0.15 g, the decolorizing effects of particle active carbon is better than powder.
