摘    要:介绍了管式炉过热蒸汽直接蒸氨系统生产过程中存在堵塞的分布情况,分析了堵塞物的成分及造成不同位置堵塞的原因,通过采取降低剩余氨水含焦油量、定期清扫以及工艺优化等措施,可有效地预防蒸氨系统工艺管道及设备的堵塞。

Abstract:The location which was likely to be blocked up in the traditional ammonia stripping system was indicated in detail,the cause of the blockage and the composition of the blocking medium were analyzed.By means of reducing the tar-content in the remaining ammonia water,periodical cleaning,process optimization,etc.,the blockage that exists in the process pipes and equipment could be effectively prevented.Once a blockage should happen,it could be treated quickly.
